Jae Hee, also known as Lee Hyun Kyun, is a South Korean actor who made his screen debut in the Korean drama School. He got his first break as a lead actor in Kim Ki-duk’s movie 3 Iron. This critically acclaimed movie has won many awards locally and internationally including awards for Jae Hee like Korea's Blue Dragon Best New Actor in 2004 and in effect opened more opportunities for Jae Hee in the entertainment industry.

In 2005, his star shined even brighter when he became the lead actor for the internationally admired Korean Drama Delightful Girl Choon Hyang where he played as Moo Ryong. His acting ability in this drama was recognized and won him another Best Actor award. Because of his excellent performance in Delightful Girl Choon Hyang, its makers cast him again for a lead role in another romantic comedy series which was shown on the second quarter of 2007 entitled Witch Amusement or Witch Yoo Hee where he played as a chef. Added to his movie credits are The Art of Fighting in 2005 and The Single Sitting on Both Sides of the Fence in 2007.

He is loved by his fans not just for his superb acting skills but also for his charming mannerisms, his to-die-for abs, and his concern to his fans which he showed by posting messages on various fan sites. [Asiaeconomy newspaper's journalist Ko Kyung Seok] Actor Jae Hee's action thrill "Mandate : 신이 주신 임무- Mission bestowed by gods" make a comeback in the screen.


The production company said the 15th will be make a performing (perform on the stage) of "Mandate : 신이 주신 임무 - Mission bestowed by gods". (Director of this movie is Park Hee Jun).

"Mandate" is about a serial murder event that occurs. The person who has a background in catching a ghost faces each other in the evil spirit which draws the story of the criminal case which follows up these people.


After 3 years plays the leading role of The art of fighting movie, Jae Hee make a comeback to screen by Mandate. Jae Hee recents drama "Three dads One mum", " Witch Amusement (Yoo Hee, the witch)", and also last year movie is the The Single Sitting on Both Sides of the Fence which will waiting for release.

Jae Hee together with new actress Coffee CF Yoo Da In who has an ability to can sweeps/catch the evil spirits with the camera which is only one from the world.

Director Park Hee Jun of Mandate which consists '천사몽'과 '남자, 태어나다 is planing for the third feature-length film production which will be expected released in September.

[아시아경제신문 고경석 기자] 배우 재희가 액션 스릴러 '맨데이트: 신이 주신 임무'의 고스트 헌터 역으로 스크린에 컴백한다.

제작사 메가픽쳐스제이씨 측은 15일 재희가 출연한 "맨데이트: 신이 주신 임무'(감독 박희준, 이하 '맨데이트')가 후반작업 종료와 함께 9월 중 개봉할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

'맨데이트'는 10년간 연쇄살인사건이 발생한 마을을 배경으로 악령에 맞서는 고스트 헌터의 활약상과 이들을 뒤쫓는 형사의 이야기를 그린 영화다.

'싸움의 기술' 이후 3년 만에 영화 주연을 맡은 재희는 '맨데이트'에서 세상의 범죄를 조종하는 악령에 맞서는 고스트 헌터 역으로 출연한다. 재희는 최근 드라마 '아빠 셋, 엄마 하나' '마녀유희' 등에 출연했으며 지난해 완성한 영화 '일편단심 양다리'의 개봉을 기다리고 있다.

재희와 함께 커피 CF로 얼굴이 알려진 신예 유다인이 세상에서 단 하나뿐인 악령 캐치 카메라로 악령들을 소탕하는 신기자 역을 맡았다.

'맨데이트'는 영화 '천사몽'과 '남자, 태어나다'의 박희준 감독이 연출한 세 번째 장편영화로 9월에 개봉할 예정이다.
